ST. LOUIS (AP) — Boston Red Sox right fielder Shane Victorino has been removed from the starting lineup for Game 4 of the World Series against St. Louis because of lower back tightness.

Victorino was batting second in the original batting order, but the Red Sox announced about 75 minutes before the scheduled first pitch Sunday that he had been scratched.

Daniel Nava was moved from left field to right and from fifth to second in the batting order. Jonny Gomes was inserted in to the No. 5 slot and in left field.
